Vertical Mixer TURBINE
The high speed of rotation of the turbine produces the suction necessary to start the circulation of the liquid in the tank. Once attracted to the turbine, part of the product is subjected to a radial flow that gives rise to shear. The rest of the product is directed towards the bottom of the tank following the circulation produced by the axial flow.
The characteristics of this mixer avoid rotation of the contents of the tank and they also allow to homogenize, mix and dissolve. The design of their channelized body contributes to increasing the mixer’s pumping capacity, which allows effective mixtures to be achieved in small and medium volumes without the need for baffles. On the other hand, the anchoring system and the closure system by mechanical closure to install these equipment in nitrogen tanks, with positive pressures and / or vacuum.
Because of this, these mixers are ideal for homogenizing, dispersing, suspending, emulsifying, crystallizing, dissolving and improving heat exchange in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Some examples of applications in which they can work are as follows: preparation of mayonnaise, sauces, brines, powdered food dissolution, additives, thickeners, preservatives, homogenisations, cosmetic creams, gels, etc.
